I have finally been able to get my hands on Colbert’s “I Am America (And so Can You!).” And also have been following ‘The Colbert Report’ for a few weeks on Comedy Central.
Although there are some discrepancies in interests on the show, I find that his book is rather interesting- also as comedic as the show often times.
-Change must be initiated before it can be acquired.
-Change can be synonymous for action, and is proven futile if not actually performed to code.
-Change may be difficult, but it’s what you make of it that will measure up to your expectations.
-Change should not be affixed to a well-developed routine.
-Change is not always necessarily for your own benefit, but rather perhaps for the benefit of others.
-Change can make for a difficult transition from one thing to the next.
-Change has the ability to significantly impact your life, as well as those around you.
Whether or not you agree with Obama is irrelevant in this retrospect. But if he’s for change, shouldn’t you?
